Independence Day is one of the best times of the year in the big city and we have been celebrating here for over 25 years. Macy’s 4th of July Show
This 4th of July show has recently moved over to the East River and it lights up the night for people all throughout the NYC and New Jersey areas. The barges will be packed full of fireworks and the show will begin at 9:25 PM sharp– so have your beverages and chairs ready! There are so many places to view this spectacular show throughout the city and we hope you all have a safe and happy holiday.

Grand Ferry Park
If you’re looking for more of a date night atmosphere with a good view of the show, this is the perfect place for you. It’s located right on the shore of Williamsburg, out of the way, but still with a clear view of the action. It’s the perfect mix of fun and quaint!

Brooklyn Grange
If you want a perfect view of the massive Macy’s display, the Brooklyn Grange is the spot to be. It’s located on top of the Brooklyn Navy Yard and the party will feature eats from all over the country. A little southwestern, mixed with Italian, mixed with All-American, what could be better? There will be music, dancing, drinking and a great group of people to usher in another birthday for America. She is 241 years old this year!

Coney Island Beach Party
We’re saving the best for last– if you are a party animal that is! Last years Coney Island party lasted from 9AM- Midnight and it really had everything you could ask for. Booze, music, dancing, beaches and an amusement park to help break up the day. Once the sun goes down and the boardwalk is set, you can gaze out to the sea and enjoy an amazing display of 4th of July fireworks. If you’re a 21-25 year old looking for a way to enjoy your holiday, it doesn’t get much better than this!
